Zhijian (James) Ma, Ph.D., President & CEO
Dr. James Ma currently serves as the President & CEO of ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc. He was most recently the Senior Engineering Manager of the Modeling Service and Product Engineering at Cadence Design Systems Inc. and previously also worked in other Silicon Valley companies including Integrated Device Technology Inc. and Chrontel Inc. for over 15 years.

Dr. Ma holds a Ph.D. degree in EE from the University of Hong Kong and was a postdoctoral at the University of California at Berkeley from 1992 to 1994.

Yi (Bob) Xu, COO
Mr. Bob Xu currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc. He was most recently the Vice President of Products Marketing at Cadence Design Systems Inc. and previously also served as the VP of International Operations in Celestry Design Technology Inc. and BTA Technology Inc. for more than 10 years. Mr. Xu founded RevoSys Inc. in 2007 which was merged into ProPlus Design Solutions Inc. in 2008.

Mr. Xu holds a M.B.A. degree from Cornell University.

Bruce McGaughy, Ph.D., CTO and Sr VP of Engineering
Dr. Bruce McGaughy currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering of ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc. He was most recently the Chief Architect of Simulation Division and Distinguished Engineer at Cadence Design Systems Inc. Dr. McGaughy previously also served as a R&D VP at BTA Technology Inc. and Celestry Design Technology Inc., and later an Engineering Group Director at Cadence Design Systems Inc.

Dr. McGaughy holds a Ph.D. degree in EECS from the University of California at Berkeley.

Lifeng Wu, Ph.D., VP of Modeling R&D
Dr. Lifeng Wu currently serves as a Vice President of R&D at ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc. He was most recently the Engineering Group Director of Circuit Simulation Division at Cadence Design Systems Inc., and previously also served as a R&D VP at BTA Technology Inc. and Celestry Design Technology Inc. from 1994 to 2003.

Dr. Wu holds a Ph.D. degree in EE from Tsinghua University, China and was a postdoctoral at the University of Washington, Seattle and at University of California at Berkeley.

Lianfeng Yang, Ph.D., VP of Marketing
Dr. Lianfeng Yang currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and the General Manager of Beijing R&D Center at ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc. Prior to ProPlus, he was a Senior Product Engineer leading the efforts on product engineering and technical support for modeling product line to Asia customers at Cadence Design Systems, Inc.

Dr. Yang holds a Ph.D. degree in EE from the University of Glasgow, UK.
