Zhijian (James) Ma (President/CEO)
He was most recently the Senior Engineering Manager of the Modeling Service and Product Engineering at Cadence. Dr. Ma earned his Ph.D. degree in E.E. from University of Hong Kong, and was a postdoctoral at EECS of UC Berkeley in 1992-1994. He oversees the worldwide sales/marketing strategies and efforts until the new Sales and Marketing VP comes on board.

Hancheng Liang (VP of R&D)
He was most recently the Senior Engineering Manager of product lines NoisePro and RFPro. Dr. Liang earned his Ph.D. degree in E.E. from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1995 and has been with the BSIMPro R&D team since then.
