PROPLUS WILL BE PRESENTING THREE SHORT COURSES IN THE 2007 SYMPOSIUM ON NANO DEVICE TECHNOLOGY IN TAIWAN
James Ma, the President and CEO of ProPlus Design Solutions,
Inc., was invited to give three short courses in the 2007
Symposium on Nano Device Technology in Taiwan during May 14
~15, 2007. The topics of the three presentations are as follows:
1) MOSFET Reliability Modeling and Simulation Technology
2) High-Voltage Device Modeling Solutions
( HVMOS/LDMOS/Macro Modeling Approaches )
3) Flicker Noise Characterization and Modeling
The symposium was held by the National Nano Device Laboratories
in Taiwan which has been playing a significant role in supporting
the local universities for research and development in advanced
semiconductor process technologies, and educating and training
high-tech people for the microelectronics industries. The
