ProPlus Presents in Workshop on Advanced High-frequency
Device Characterization and Modeling Techniques, Taiwan
James Ma, the President and CEO of ProPlus Design Solutions,
Inc., was invited to give a presentation in the Workshop on
Advanced High-frequency Device Characterization and Modeling
Techniques in Taiwan on March 10th, 2009. The presentation
topic is "BSIM3 and BSIM4 Based CMOS RF Modeling in
Practices".
The National Nano Device Laboratories in Taiwan plays a
significant role in supporting the local universities for
research and development in advanced semiconductor process
technologies, and educating and training high-tech engineers
for the microelectronics industries. The technical program
