ProPlus showcases innovative solutions at ICCAD 2010
Beijing, China, Dec 03, 2010 - "2010 CSIA-ICCAD Annual Conference and Internet of Things and IC Design Summit Forum"
was held in Wuxi on December 1-3, 2010. ProPlus Electronics Co., Ltd. attended this grand conference as a gold sponsor
and demonstrated its innovative device modeling, IC design and verification solutions.
The theme of this year's conference is "Increasing Industrial Integration, Fostering Domestic Brands, and Promoting the
Development of China's IC Industry More Rapidly and Better", to highlight the integrated circuit design and win-win
development of internet of things, emphasis on product innovation and quality awareness, promote industry cooperation
and international cooperation, promote development of China IC design industry, and promote interaction of whole IC

Dr. Lianfeng Yang delivered a great presentation
Dr. Lianfeng Yang, vice president of ProPlus, delivered a speech on "The Spice Model and Design Challenges, and Better
Utilization of Process Capability by Advanced Technologies". "Both design houses and fabrication companies like
foundries face increasing challenges at advanced nodes. The complexities of Spice models, their modeling and
the impact to circuit designs are putting difficulties on product design to achieve higher yield, better
performance, and shorter time-to-market." Dr. Yang pointed out, "ProPlus brings to the industry with its 17 years
leading experience on device modeling, and innovations on circuit simulation/verification and tool/flow integrations,
aiming to help the whole industry better utilize the process capabilities and improve the product competitiveness
that lacks in many design houses especially in China".
