ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc. announced it had successfully accomplished the major transitional works for registering and setting up the branch offices in China and Taiwan, and the KK Incorporation in Japan after the company acquired the advanced device modeling product lines from the Cadence Design Systems, Inc. in Dec, 2006. These local sales and support offices, together with the US headquarters, equipped with the adequate staffing and resources, are intended to provide growing technical and sales supports to the worldwide customers. Furthermore, the Beijing office also acts as the R&D Center complementary to the R&D headquarters in USA. The Beijing R&D Center is being fast expanded in order to address the fast growing market sector in the Asia Pacific region.
