New BSIMProPlus Keeps Up with Leading-Edge Process Technologies

San Jose, California, December 31, 2008 - ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc. announced that it officially released the BSIMProPlus v2008.4, the second major release in 2008. It supports newly released SPICE model versions up to HiSIM_HV 1.0.2, PSP 103 and BSIM-CMG 1.1.0 alpha. It also made significant enhancements on the advanced flexible extraction flow with an open architecture environment, and the AgeMOS modeling flow with PBTI reliability model.
